Plans for the 2nd Annual West Michigan Sports Commission Luncheon are well underway. The 2nd Annual Luncheon Committee is hard at work to make this event every bit as wonderful as last year's event. The luncheon will take place on Tuesday, September 23rd at noon in the J W Marriott Hotel's International Ballroom. This year's speaker is University of Michigan Men's Head Basketball Coach John Beilein. Coach Beilein is considered to be one of the best tactical basketball minds in the country; Beilein has won 561 career games and is among the top 20 in victories among active Division I head coaches. The 2007-2008 season marked Beilein's 30th year as a collegiate coach.
